I, ________________________________, the duly authorized representative of ________________________________ (the “Foreign Principal Party in Interest” or “FPPI”) in a routed export transaction pursuant to 15 C.F.R. § 30.3(e), hereby authorize R. L. Seale & Co. Limited to act as our Authorized Agent for purposes of preparing, issuing, transmitting, and managing commercial invoices and any related export documentation required in connection with the exportation or transportation of goods on behalf of the FPPI.
R. L. Seale & Co. Limited is hereby authorized to prepare and submit commercial invoices, pro forma invoices, and any supporting documentation necessary to comply with applicable export control regulations, U.S. Customs requirements, and Census Bureau regulations, based on information provided by, or obtained from, the U.S. Principal Party in Interest (“USPPI”) or other parties involved in the transaction, in accordance with 15 C.F.R. § 30.3(e)(1).
The FPPI certifies that all information provided for invoice preparation and export documentation purposes shall be true, complete, and accurate to the best of its knowledge. The FPPI further acknowledges that civil and criminal penalties may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements, or for violations of any applicable U.S. export laws or regulations.
The FPPI agrees to be bound by all statements and representations made by the Authorized Agent on its behalf, based upon the information or documentation provided by the FPPI, the USPPI, or other parties involved in the transaction. This authorization shall remain in full force and effect until revoked in writing.
